Solid timber plank flooring installed across the living and dining area of a landed home. Plywood underlay laid over the existing screed, planks acclimatised on-site, then nailed-down installation with perimeter expansion gaps and on-site finishing.

Sanding and varnishing of a function-room wood floor in a clubhouse property. The existing finish was stripped with vacuum-equipped sanders to bare wood, gaps were filled where required, and a fresh sealer plus two coats of satin varnish were applied.

Engineered wood flooring installed as part of a retail unit fit-out. Engineered planks were chosen for dimensional stability under air-conditioning cycles and tight install timing; the fit-out coordinated with carpentry, partition and lighting trades.

Newly sanded and high-gloss coated solid timber floor in a residential living area. The high-sheen finish was chosen by the owner for the formal living room; quieter satin sheens are commonly specified for adjoining bedrooms to reduce reflections.

Existing teak staircase sanded back to bare wood and finished with a fresh sealer and varnish system. Treads and risers were sanded with a small belt and edge sander, gaps were repaired, then coated to match the adjoining floor sheen.
